WHEN IS IT:
Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 9am – 3pm
We will have two floors of 30+ crafters, baked goods, Vermont cheeses, homemade cookies, hand-made goods, a Silent Auction with many downtown business donations and restaurant gift certificates, an African Safari Trip to bid on, gift baskets, a tag sale, and MORE! There are lots of activities going on in downtown Middletown every weekend in December, so come on down, do some Christmas shopping and enjoy the holiday atmosphere. COME TO THE FAIR!!
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE:
Crafters and vendors can download the 2022 crafter application here.
NOTE: There will be a limit of 40 tables. More information about cost, set up overview, and who to contact with any questions are is included at the bottom of the application page.
Application deadline for is TUESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2022 (or when at capacity)
You can also be a participant by coming out to shop the day of the fair! Support these incredible crafters, vendors, the businesses that have donated to the silent auction, and the church in all of our local outreach missions!
I WANT TO DONATE ITEMS TO THE SILENT AUCTION OR ATTIC TREASURES TAG SALE:
If you would like donate any items of value, gift cards, passes, etc., please email the Auction Coordinator to arrange this. We can send a formal letter of request along with proof of 501(c)3 non-profit status if needed.
As you are doing your Spring, Summer, and Fall cleaning, consider donating some of those items to the church’s Attic Treasures Tag Sale (or the summer town wide tag sale) that our Youth Group helps run the day of the Holiday Fair. Those items can be brought to the church on Sundays or during the week, Monday-Friday 8am-12pm.
